"Andrew has been a welcome find and recommendation. The care and attention to my bike were just as if it were his own along with great customer service and a bike that feels absolutely
amazing! I'm extremely happy that I've found Andrew and will most definitely continue to have my bike serviced by him."

"As an extremely protective rider of my GSF 650, I first approached Galloway in order to check that everything was running correctly, and to look into a "strange ticking noise" - with this in
mind, Andy quickly set about giving the bike a (very) full check up - covering more than I could even think of. Even down to the fact that the front fairing was mounted about 4MM too low (attention
to detail) :)
Galloway insured that the noise was investigated thoroughly, and returned with reassuring news (nothing to worry about). :)
I deliberately hadn't mentioned to Galloway which advisories had been given in the months previous MoT, but these were very quickly identified!
I returned the bike to Galloway to have the rear tyre changed, which was handled in a totally professional manner, with a quick turnaround.
Around two weeks after the major check up and tyre change, Andy even took the time to get in touch and check that all was still going well!
Again, I returned the bike for the advised change of front pads (70% worn- dual disc) - this, again was handled quickly and professionally, including all the good advice for exactly how to take care of my bike.
As a daily commuter of 70 miles into Aldermaston; it is very difficult to arrange for the bike to go to a mechanic, but Galloway made this easy for me by arranging collection and delivery of my bike.
Living in Portsmouth there are a number of mechanics available, but it is also notable that their experience still falls short of Galloway.
After having been told by previous mechanics that the arranged work had been done, then to find it hadn't - it's important for me to be able to trust my mechanic ... After all - a badly maintained bike is a killer.
In the next few weeks, I will again be looking to Galloway for the fitting of alarms and other kits.
I couldn't have been more impressed by the workmanship, professional and friendly approach of Galloway; and would highly recommend all protective bikers to look seriously at getting work done with them.
Awesome work. :)
Cheers, Andy :)"

"Used Andrew for the first time to do some work on my bike last week, My Yamaha XT 660. Was a brilliant service all round, picked the bike up from my home whilst I was at work, very convenient. Did a great, professional job doing my 6000-mile service and fitting a few extras like scott oiler and Optimate lead, needed them for ages. Expertly recognized that my wheel bearings needed changing, Wondered why rear wheel felt a bit dodgy. Bike rode like a new bike after I picked it up, tighter, Smoother, a much better ride. Plus had the added bonus of being washed, always a good thing. All in all was a very convenient, thorough, friendly and good service, at a reasonable price, would definitely recommend it to anyone else and will use Andy's services again."
Andy is one of those golden finds. Not only is he a great bloke but he knows bikes inside out having worked in the industry for many years.
He is happy to chat, is able to take on the biggest and smallest jobs all with the piece of mind that your bike is being looked after and cared for.
I will be using Andy for all my jobs in the future. Thanks, Andy... Phil Ashworth CBR1000RR
